What do I need to rent a car?

To rent a car, you must provide a valid driver's license, a valid credit card, and be at least 21 years of age. Additional requirements may apply depending on the rental location and type of vehicle.

How can I make a reservation?

You can make a reservation online or by contacting our customer service center. To make a reservation, you will need to provide your pick-up and drop-off dates and times, location, and type of vehicle.

What is included in the rental rate?

The rental rate includes the rental of the vehicle only, unless otherwise specified. Additional fees and charges may apply, including but not limited to fuel, taxes, and fees for additional drivers.

 

How can I pay for the rental?

Payment for the rental is due at the time of pick-up. A hold will be placed on the credit card for the estimated rental charges plus a security deposit. We accept most major credit cards.

What is the rental period?

The rental period begins and ends on the dates and times specified in your reservation. Additional charges may apply for late returns.

Can I pick up and drop off the car at different locations?

Yes, we offer one-way rentals between select locations. Additional fees may apply.

What happens if I damage the rental car?

The rental car is insured against damage and theft, subject to a deductible. The renter may purchase additional insurance coverage to reduce the deductible. The renter is responsible for all damages to the rental vehicle, including but not limited to damage from accidents, theft, and vandalism.

What happens if I get a traffic ticket or toll violation?

The renter is responsible for any tolls, fines, and penalties incurred during the rental period.

Can I cancel or modify my reservation?

Cancellation and modification of reservations may be made online or by contacting our customer service center. Cancellation and modification fees may apply, depending on the rental location, rental period, and type of vehicle.

What type of vehicles do you offer for rent?

We offer various vehicles for rent, including economy, compact, mid-size, full-size, SUVs, and luxury cars. Availability may vary depending on the rental location.
